Terms of Service

These terms describe the pilot use of the Shiga Logistics LTD dispatch rider marketplace.

Customers

Customers are responsible for entering accurate pickup, delivery, package, phone, and payment details. Restricted or illegal items must not be posted.

Riders

Riders must provide accurate onboarding information and may only receive jobs after admin approval. Riders are responsible for safe handling and timely delivery.

Tracking

Tracking links show delivery status and available rider location updates. GPS accuracy depends on the rider device, network, and browser permissions.

Payments

Payments collected through the app are intended for Shiga Logistics LTD. Rider payouts are managed by Shiga Logistics LTD after delivery and payment confirmation.

Pilot Notice

This system is currently in pilot testing. Shiga Logistics LTD may update workflows, pricing, or access rules as operations improve.
